Good Experience in review of drawings, SLD's, Load schedules and light/power shop drawings. 4.Excellent experience in procurement for Electrical Items for various industrial projects that includes construction, petrochemical and healthcare industries. 5. Thorough knowledge of Supplier market and sourcing strategy. 6. Good negotiation skills with great relationship management. 7.Assemble meetings if clarifications required and proper project coordination, raise RFI and claim variations, coordination with all stakeholders for timely delivering. 8. Always keeps a good database of the supplier market and stays competitive with the ability to deliver the procurement in a timescale that works for best output. 9. Sending inquiry to the suppliers based on the project spec, & vendor list followed by good review of the quotations and preparation of leveling sheets. 10. Negotiate with supplier for the price , payment terms and timely delivery in parallel with material submittal and approval from client/consultant. 11. Study Project budget and negotiate the item based on the market prices. 12. Execute and implement the LOI/Contracts/Agreements. 13. Preparation of Purchase orders using ERP Crystal Software. 14. Technical designing and procurement for fit out/ Interiors projects like residential buildings, warehouses, hospital,shops, office etc Gcc Services
